We will have multiple businesses at the location. Though it is very different from the stereotypical, one is a car dealership called Drivher Motors - a woman owned, family run business. That is how we are licensed, but we are more like car brokers or consultants. I know when people think of car dealerships in their neighborhood, Colfax comes to mind. We are absolutely NOT like that. We are very purposeful about not looking or acting like a car dealership. We keep all vehicles indoors. We only work by appointment. I don't want anyone outside to know we are a car dealership. We somewhat joke we are a like a car speakeasy. My speculation is the neighbors would be unaware there is a car dealership at our location. We'd be open to having a SUP issued with strict criteria that aligns with Wheat Ridge's master plan / vision for that region.

Our vision is to create an aesthetically pleasing 'flex' building that has office space and indoor storage space. These are just random examples of the aesthetic we would strive to have (obviously conforming to local design requirements). We create businesses that bring value and benefit to our community and feel we would be an appreciated member of Wheat Ridge and it's residents. I’ll note that I interned many years ago with a prominent architect in Chicago named Helmut Jahn, and one of the notions that I took from that influence is great building blend with their environment - they reflect their surroundings and don’t stick out like a sour thumb.

We won't really have a sales floor in the classic sense. Our volume is low. We sell less than 10 cars a month... closer to 5 a month. Since we work by appointment, we don't really have the "dealership foot traffic"... people make appointments. There aren't people just walking in. No sales people. Nothing like that. I have a desire to create a mixed work environment. We'll have formal offices for our other businesses. The vehicles will be stored in an elegant looking warehouse environment.

We specialize in a very specific vehicle - the Lexus GX460 SUV.

Side note: we do ZERO body, paint, mechanical, etc. work. All of our vehicles are clean, quiet, and not a nuisance. If any mechanical work is needed, we use a service shop in Denver who does all of that for us.

Our warehouse is essentially storage and display.
